Refund policy

At Revivo Labs, we take product integrity and customer satisfaction seriously. Due to the nature of our research chemicals and temperature-sensitive materials, all sales are subject to the following Returns and Refund Policy.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@revivolabs.co.uk.

  • Your Order Number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos / video if the item is damaged


3. Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect. 

4. Restocking Fee

Revivo Labs does not charge any additional restocking fees to process your return.

5. Condition of Returned Items

We accept returns for items that are:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Defective or not working
  • Incorrect (not as described)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period (typically within 10 business days after inspection). Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Exceptions — Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • There is a verified packaging or product integrity issue

To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Supply clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Keep all packaging until the claim is processed

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item
    or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Revivo Labs reserves the right to verify claims before issuing replacements or refunds.

8. Temperature-Sensitive Deliveries

All peptides and temperature-controlled products must be:

  • Received within the courier’s delivery window
  • Refrigerated immediately upon arrival
  • Stored according to the instructions on the packaging

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for products that have:

  • Been left unattended or unrefrigerated
  • Been exposed to heat or improper storage
  • Been delivered but not collected in time

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to the temperature-sensitive nature of the products.

10. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed or tracking stops updating:

  • Contact us as soon as possible

  • We will investigate with the courier

Refunds or replacements for lost packages may be issued depending on courier confirmation and investigation outcome.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

 

11. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Peptides (lyophilised or reconstituted)

  • Reagents, chemicals or lab compounds

  • Temperature-sensitive items

  • Research supplies that may compromise sterility if returned

  • Items opened, tampered with, or used

This policy is in place to protect product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
